

Rollin Burhans brings twenty years' experience, a business perspective, and a passion for accountability and business impact to his consulting work. He specializes in organisation design, business transformation, leadership and organisation development, and change management consulting that develops and increases the organisation's capability and effectiveness to execute its strategies and value proposition. Rollin has extensive experience working with companies and organisations in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, consumer, and information-based industries. His clients include global public and private commercial businesses as well as not-for-profit and government organisations.
He often works with academicians and clinicians who have executive leadership accountabilities, have transitioned into industry, or are developing partnerships or collaborations with science and technology companies. Some recent work includes global organisation re-structuring, process re-alignment and leadership development work with clinical pharmacology, translational medicine, genetics, informatics and pharmacogenomics, and clinical development units. Rollin has specific interest in these areas all of which have significant implications for different drug development processes, 'personalized medicine,' and more patient-centric and/or disease-centric health care.
Rollin earned his master’s degree in psychology from Wake Forest University, and his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Richmond. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the international organisation Design Forum (ODF), and is also a member of the organisation Development Network, SHRM, and the Centre for Entrepreneurial Development.
